Creation

I didn't draw much while I was in Japan, but this is one of the bigger works I finished...the paper is rather large, maybe 1,5xA3 or so.

These are the Japanese creator deities Izanagi and Izanami, standing on the bridge of Heaven with a jeweled spear to stir the oceans and create the islands of Japan. It is said that when they lifted the spear, the drops that fell from the spear formed the first solid land.
